2010年7月22日，Bobby L. Rush主席和Henry A. Waxman提出了有毒化學品安全法案H.R. 5820。立法將對1976年出臺的有害物質控制法案TSCA進行修訂來確保公眾和環(huán)境能避免有害化學物質的暴露危害。
