第一類CE認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)：國(guó)外權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)，歐盟的公告機(jī)構(gòu)，可以頒發(fā)EC Attestation of conformity 《歐盟標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合性證明書》。產(chǎn)品如果取得了這種由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)(Notified Body簡(jiǎn)寫為NB)測(cè)試和出具的證書，則企業(yè)不需要簽發(fā)《自我聲明書》，由“指定機(jī)構(gòu)”對(duì)產(chǎn)品符合性承擔(dān)責(zé)任，受法律保護(hù)。

因此，對(duì)于歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)(Notified Body簡(jiǎn)寫為NB)頒發(fā)的CE證書，不存在判定有效性的問題。對(duì)于產(chǎn)品出口通關(guān)，這一類的檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的報(bào)告最為有效。對(duì)于這類機(jī)構(gòu)，如果其在國(guó)內(nèi)有檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，則可以在國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試，否則產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試需要運(yùn)送到國(guó)外進(jìn)行。這種證書所需的費(fèi)用高、時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，但是被認(rèn)可的程度高。

第二類CE認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)：國(guó)內(nèi)測(cè)試機(jī)構(gòu)同歐盟的公告機(jī)構(gòu)合作的合資公司，這類機(jī)構(gòu)依然可以如第一類認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)一樣，能夠頒發(fā)具有NB號(hào)的EC Type證書。一般情況下，這類CE認(rèn)證的測(cè)試工作都在國(guó)內(nèi)的合資實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行。這種證書的被認(rèn)可程度同第一類。

第三類CE認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)：由中國(guó)任何具有技術(shù)能力的試驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和頒發(fā)該試驗(yàn)室的CE證書，費(fèi)用低時(shí)間也相對(duì)少。但是，對(duì)于沒有獲得歐洲實(shí)驗(yàn)室資格認(rèn)可的實(shí)驗(yàn)室出具的CE報(bào)告或證書獲歐盟經(jīng)銷商的認(rèn)可程度低，經(jīng)常有不被進(jìn)口商接受或不被管理機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可的情況發(fā)生。
